Why can't I add any reviews on Amazon?
You accepted an Amazon order and received the product. After waiting for 4 to 5 days, you’re now ready to rate the product and leave a review on Amazon. Upon submitting your review, you encountered an error message on Amazon along the lines of: “An unusual recession ratio” or “the product has been temporarily suspended for review”.
What is this about, and what can you do about it?
As a general rule of thumb, you’ll need to wait for 4 to 5 days after receiving the product before you can rate and leave a review on Amazon.
If Amazon refuses to accept your rating, one possibility has something to do with the status of the product itself. When the product is listed under “Edit” this means Amazon thinks your product hasn't arrived yet.
NOTE: Make sure that the product is tagged as "DELIVERED" on Amazon before leaving a review.
You can wait for another 5 days and try to rate the product again. If after trying nothing happens, you may have to contact Amazon Support directly. After that, contact our Support team right away so we can assist you further.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: To protect TesterJob’s confidentiality, DO NOT mention to Amazon Support that you’re a PRODUCT TESTER. This is against their policy and might be enough reason for them to disable your account.
